If you're going to the Big Island of Hawaii for some shopping during your vacation, don't expect to hit a shopping center lined with mainland department stores. Chain boutiques and most of the larger department stores haven't found their way to the Big Island as of yet, and what you'll find here is an intriguing market of island-style Hawaiian clothes and one of a kind gifts and products.
