Waikiki Shell

Waikiki Shell Across from Waikiki Beach, is a man-made wonder of Honolulu, the Waikiki Shell. The uniquely designed building is a great place to see a show or have a large gathering of people for an event. Seating 2,400 people with "lawn seats" for another 6,000, a lot of people can enjoy a great concert at the same time. With the weather in Hawaii, sitting outside on the lawn is almost more enjoyable than being stuck in a building listening to music.

Located below Diamond Head in Kapiolani Park, Waikiki Shell is a wonderful venue for all types of shows. Whether it's an afternoon show or a concert
under the stars, there's something special about being able to see a performance underneath the sky surrounded by the breathtaking natural beauty. To hear about upcoming events, call (808) 591-2211 any time of the day or night.

The box office is open from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Saturday. Cost for admission depends on what show you are going to see, but any money you pay is going to be worth it to be able to experience a concert at this outdoor arena. If you're on Oahu and want a little break to hear some great music under the stars, the Waikiki Shell should be something you experience at least once in your lifetime. If you have a large group and want to have something catered, they can even take care of that for you, making this a great place to meet with your group.
