Hanauma Bay, located on the southeastern
coast on the island of Oahu in Hawaii, is a great place to go for
beginning scuba divers because of its protective cove. The
curved, protected bay is surrounded on both sides by rising cliffs,
and offers an excellent habitat for sea life making it an excellent
place to scuba dive. If you visit Oahu, Hanauma Bay is a must
see attraction while on the island. Hanauma Bay is currently a
protected marine life conservation area and also an underwater park.
