Sam Choy's
Probably the most famous chef to come out of Hawaii, Sam Choy's restaurants on the island of Oahu feature a local-style Hawaiian menu in addition to fresh seafood which includes crab, lobster, and other shellfish.  Steak, ribs, and chicken dishes are also on the menu.  While having your meal why not try some beer freshly made in the brewery within the restaurant!  This is one place you shouldn't pass up if your looking for a unique Hawaiian experience!

Alan Wong's Restaurant Alan Wong's
Winner of several food and dining awards over the years, Alan Wong's Restaurant and menu is inspired by Hawaii's regional cuisine.  Other than Sam Choy, Alan Wong is probably the only other recognized and notable Hawaii chef who has been featured in national TV shows and magazines.  The menu at Alan Wong's restaurant is one of fine-dining with a very unique choice of dishes.  For a very unique taste of Hawaii this is a must see destination on your Hawaii dining list!

Diamond Head Grill
A short walk from exciting Waikiki beach and nestled at the base of Diamond Head Crater on Oahu’s gold coast, this award winning restaurant is located in the W Honolulu Hotel. You can such dishes as the Balsamic Braised Pork Ribs Marco Red Cabbage and Sweet Pepper Slaw, and Fresh Escargot and Wild Mushrooms Tart with Garlic Cognac Tarragon Sauce at this fine dining restaurant.
